Chronomancer started with a real problem at a real venue: a large casual crew, a weekend-heavy season, and a roster built top-down by people who could only guess who actually wanted to work.

We turned the model around. The venue publishes the work; the crew bids for the nights and roles they want; management allocates with a standby pool for cover. People who choose their work show up for it — and when they don't, the system remembers. That's the reliability score: earned, not asserted.

The first deployment is live with an entertainment venue in Auckland, New Zealand, rostering scare actors across a weekend season. The same engine is built to run a restaurant's sections or a retailer's floor — your labels, your brand, your rules.
